About Us
Akamai Fun Academy focuses on making learning chess FUN!!
Chess Master Maurice has years of experience with Maui youth from his work at Boys and Girls Clubs, where he ran several Clubs and implemented all kinds of fun activities.
He also worked at Fun Smart Institute in Los Angeles, where he honed in his "making chess fun" skills.
With his great attitude, patience and above all passion for teaching kids something new, Chess Master Maurice will get your kids not only playing chess, but loving every minute of it!
