The combination of mind, body and skill is what is needed to help players reach their full potential. With proper coaching, players can maximize their time on the court while keeping injury to a minimum.
Each session will target a specific basketball skill-set combined with core strength training, sprinting form and endurance. Players will learn how to use the ball screen, come off screen, defensive foot work and ball handling up the floor. Focus will be placed on the importance of core stability, dynamic warm ups, and why these components are so essential to specific skills.
Coach Thomas and Coach Murray will combine their passion and expertise in a means to mentor, empower and encourage so that each individual may understand their value.

$25 video feedback per session (optional)
