Team "Mental Game" is dedicated to sharing information with young athletes about how to achieve maximum performance through understanding of the mental side of sports. Team "Mental Game" is managed by Dr Doug Gardner, accomplished multi-sport mental coach and current director of sports psychology for the NFL Players Association. Subscribers to this feed will have the benefit of learning the mental side of sports from the same people who teach those skills to professional athletes.
