2022-2023 BTA BASKETBALL - (Grades 3 Through 8)
Basketball programs offered: Varsity (Grades 7-8) is offered for both Boys and Girls. Depending on roster size, there may be tryouts to play on the A or B team. Coaches will send out details regarding tryouts in October. JV (Grades 5-6) – same as Varsity. Developmental Teams (Grades 3-4) are offered for both boys & girls. There will be one team for each (boys & girls) and all players receive equal playing time except for tournaments which are competitive. Please compete the online registration by Friday, October 14th. This deadline is important for two reasons: 1. We must have an indication of the number of teams to register with the Diocese 2. We must place the order for the personalized warm-up shirts for them to be in by the start of the season. Some teams will have games as early as the first week of November. In order to complete your registration, please submit a physician's release form, if not already submitted for Fall Sports. Also, please send a check for $100 for the Uniform Deposit. This check will be destroyed upon the return of an undamaged uniform. Please send the check to BTAAA, C/O Matt Straub, 3042 Swansea Cres W, Allison Park PA 15101. Notes: We offer a personalized warmup jersey for students for $20. The jersey will have the student last name on the back and BTA logos on the front. If you would like one, please select the payment option for the jersey and indicate size on the registration form. We also offer a Family Admission Pass. Normal admission is $5 per adult, students and children are free. The Family Admission Pass is $50 for the season. This will admit 2 adults per family group per game. There are normally approx. 8-12 home games per team per season. If you would like to purchase, please choose the option for Family Admission Pass and pay the fee as you complete your registration.

About Us
Athletics at Blessed Trinity Academy
The BTAAA (also known as the Blessed Trinity Academy Athletics Association) is responsible for the direction and management of all of the athletic programs at Blessed Trinity Academy and its mission is to initiate, promote, support and finance those athletic programs for the students attending BTA.
The BTAAA fulfills its mission in the spirit of cooperation with the Pastors of St. Matthew’s Parish (Formerly St. Bonaventure Parish), and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish (Formerly St. Mary Parish and St. Ursula Parish) and the Principal of Blessed Trinity Academy. The all-volunteer parent Board consists of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Athletic Director and 3-4 “At-Large” positions.
The following athletic programs are currently being offered: Cross Country, Girls Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer and Track & Field. All of our programs are funded through nominal registration fees and thru fund-raising activities. All of our teams practice and hold their home games or meets on the grounds of BTA either on the outside fields or in the Marcucci Activity Center (MAC).
