2023 Season - Aztec Girls Lacrosse Registration

CdS Aztec Girls lacrosse registration requires players to have a USA Lacrosse membership valid through Jun 1st, 2023. Players must also register separately with the Arizona Girls Lacrosse Association to participate in the 2023 season.

PAYMENT |
The season dues for 2023 are $450/player.
-An Early-bird Discounted rate of $400 is available through Jan 31.
-Players may further reduce their dues through participation in the Wall-Ball-Challenge taking place the week of 1/6-1/15.
-Players requesting scholarship for financial need should contact [email protected]
-Payments may be made by credit card, check, PayPal.

REGISTRATION PROCESS |
STEP 1: USA Lacrosse Membership

-All participating players must have a valid USA Lacrosse membership through Jun 1, 2023.
-You can check the status of your membership, sign-up, or renew at the above link. Player membership is $35/yr.

STEP 2: CdS Girls Lacrosse Membership
Complete the registration on this page.
-You must download, read, print, and sign the CdS Girls Lacrosse Policy and complete the Emergency Information Forms.
-You may either upload the signed forms to complete your registration OR bring hard copies of the forms during the week of tryouts.
-Select your payment plan option and complete payment.

STEP 3: AGLA Membership

-Complete your AGLA registration at the above link (cut and paste link into your browser).
-There is no cost for registering with AGLA, but this is required to participate in AGLA events.
-Parents & Players be sure to click on the HIGH SCHOOL PLAYER registration button, NOT the Coaches & Managers registration.

IMPORTANT: Only Parents/Guardians or players 18 years of age or older may enter information for this program.
-Participation in AGLA events requires that a parent/guardian or player 18 years of age or older agree to the Assumption of Risk and Code of Conduct.
-Players under 18 must have their parents or legal guardians complete the registration form.

Enter the player's USA Lacrosse Number. This will be automatically verified with USL.

Note that the player's first name, last name, DOB, and zip code OR email address must match that of the player's USA Lacrosse registration from Step 1. If they do not match, the verification may fail.

If you are uncertain, you may try using the USA Lacrosse Member Lookup at https://memberlookup.uslacrosse.org/ to confirm the information.

Enter the player's school and team.
Enter the player's emergency information.
You must agree to the Assumption of Risk and Code of Conduct

About Us

CdS Girls Lax is a 501(c)(3) Arizona non-profit high school girls lacrosse program and member of the Arizona Girls Lacrosse Association (AGLA).  We are open to girls of all skill levels in grades 9-12 at Corona del Sol High School in Tempe, Arizona.  We also welcome players from nearby high schools, including Marcos de Niza, Tempe High, McClintock, Dobson, Westwood, Compadre Academy, Mountain Pointe, Mesa High, and Tempe Union Online.

We aspire to build confidence while having fun learning to play lacrosse.  We are committed to student athlete success both on and off the field.  We promote an open and inviting environment where all players are welcomed and a part of the team!
