YBOA-Washington
February 1, 2023DAP Hoops as been selected to represent YBOA (Youth Basketball of America-Washington). YBOA has been around for over 35 years covering the entire world, providing basketball opportunities to boys and girls. Their goal has been, to create a positive competitve and family atomsphere for student-athletes.
In 2016, DAP Hoops received an At Large bid to represent Washington State at YBOA National Championships! As a incoming freshmen team of players from Shelton, Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater. DAP Hoops was the only team from the NW and West Coast in the tournament. It was a great experience and every player from that team went on to make and play pivotical roles on their high school teams.
Now, that we have the opportunity to start YBOA in the NW, our goal is to assist teams in gaining experience as the 2016 team. We are excited and working to start this spring with a Local Spring League in Shelton.

About Us
For 26 years,we have taken the game of basketball to "Empower Athlete Training" by teaching skill development and life skills to boys and girls of all ages. Our goal is "everyone gets an opportunity to grow in the sports they love."
January 2023, we were selected as "Youth Basketball of America, (YBOA-Washington) District 1 Representative of the State. YBOA is a competitive program that teaches discipline, sportsmanship and family atmosphere.
As an nonprofit 501 c 3 , basketball programs we serve all types of level players from beginners to advanced. Finally we provide community service support as well.
