Dedham-Willey Softball Follow

Wow that was some rain. Planning on drying out and playing tomorrow night. 
Wednesday 6/18
Majors
6:00 pm Rays vs. Orioles
Game will continue from point we left off at. 

6:45 pm Cubs vs Angels
7 inning game will start once Rays vs Orioles are done. 

If we cannot play tomorrow night we will figure out a plan for Thursday. Will make a call by hopefully 4:00 on Wednesday.

Looks like its going to be a perfect night for games. Come out and enjoy the games, concessions and fun! Only 4 nights left  :(

Run Limit Rule Adjustment (Minors and Majors)

Minors

Run Limit

• 15 Runs after 3 innings
• The game will continue after the 15 run/3 inning mark. 
• Score will not be kept
• The game will end when 5 innings are played or 45 minutes of game time.
• Teams are encouraged to move defenders to new spots after the run limit.

Majors

Run Limit

• 15 Runs after 3 innings
• 10 Runs after 5 innings.
• The game will continue after the 15/3 or 10/5 inning mark. 
• Score will not be kept
• The game will end when 7 innings are played or 45 minutes of game time.
• Teams are encouraged to move defenders to new spots after the run limit.

We don't want to jinx it but it looks like we will finally be able to play a Tuesday night of ball games in Dedham. Warmer weather and the start of the 2nd half of the season tomorrow night. T-ballers will also start the coach pitch portion of the season. We are looking forward to a FUN night of ball games.

6/3/25 GAMES POSTPONED

Due to wet field conditions we are going to postpone tonight's (6/3/25) games to Wednesday (6/4/25) night. If you were signed up to work and are unable to please let us know so we can find a replacement.
