Our Lightning Clinics are designed to help students flourish, feel empowered and surpass their comfort zones in a group setting. They are also safe, disciplined, highly organized, and inspiring environments of learning.

The highest level of teaching at the EMA program is the STOP and Learn Experiences, which are set up like college practices that leverage skills developed in my Skills and Drills Experiences during the week, emphasizing how to play the game - the right way. In these experiences, first they watch the film, then team concepts are taught and reviewed so that students develop a higher basketball IQ as they scrimmage.

Although our students are human, their work ethic and character are super-human. Skills and Drills courses feature instruction and drills appropriate to skill level with a focus on developing students holistically: mind, body, and soul.
