Hanover Kickers, Hanover’s Premier Division team, joined the MCSL in 2000 at the lowest division (4th) as a single men’s team, winning the division and gaining promotion.
Became a Club for the start of the 2001 season, https://hanoverkickers.com/contact/, and by 2005 had made it to the First division, added a second team Hanover Strikers in the 3rd division and were running the local Mini and youth soccer program totaling 225 players.
2006 saw the further addition to our men’s ranks with the Hanover Sting. Planning started for the construction of our new soccer park in Steinbach.
By 2010 our youth program has grown to almost 700 players with 4 developmental teams playing in WYSA and an Adult women’s team joins the WWSL , Hanover Hype. June of this year saw the Grand opening of our new 5 field soccer park.
Another women’s team added, Hanover Haze joined the WWSL in 2014, our top men’s team Hanover Kickers were champions of the MMSL Senior Soccer League Div One, gaining promotion to the Admiral Premier League for the 2015 season. Fundraising and planning under way to add a new soccer field with Artificial surface and the addition of an Indoor facility.

About Us
Starting in 2000, the Hanover Soccer Club was formed to bring soccer to the southeast of Manitoba. For 24 years, we've grown to include a premiere adult team "Hanover Kickers" along with hundreds of players making up dozens of youth and adults teams.
