FUNdamentals 1/2 to U12 - Tuesdays at Invista 5:30pm to 6:30pm (Note slight time change from last year) U14-U19 - Wednesdays at Cataraqui 7pm to 8pm Open/Shinny - Thursdays at INVISTA 8:30pm to 9:30pm Players (U19 and below) who wish to switch their practice night (i.e. a U12 player …

About Us

Our Story

The Kingston Ringette Association provides recreational and competitive ringette programming for players aged 5 to 64 plus.
With over 100 players, six teams and a countless number of coaches, on-ice and minor officials, and volunteers - our teams proudly represent the City of Kingston across the province and consistently place at the top of their highly competitive league.
Our annual tournament draws over 30 teams with more than 300 players, parents and extended family to the Kingston area.
