The Knights have been a model of consistency since the late 1990s. Menlo recorded its all-time winningest season in 2013, taking an eighth Central Coast Section title in school history and its first CIF NorCal championship in 12 seasons before moving to the state final.The teams won five of their nine league titles from 2001-2005 and have won three consecutive from 2012-2014. Menlo has reached the Central Coast Section playoffs 15 years in a row, and advanced to the state finals five times. Menlo graduates have gone on to play collegiate volleyball, adding to a rich history alumni history . The Knights have received American Volleyball Coaches Association Team academic awards in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2014.
