The mission statement of the NCCA Panthers is to mentor, train, coach, and foster youth climbing in Edmonton along the LTAD (long term athletic
development) guidelines in a positive and supportive manner that helps each athlete achieve their individual goals.
Our emphasis is on making strong, well-rounded athletes who collaborate together to reach goals and support each other with positive feedback and encouragement.
