My Story
A three sport athlete and semi-pro soccer player, sports and entertainment have always been a part of Daisy's life and career. She started playing soccer at age 7 and is a proud member of the National Champion Winchester High School girls team that went undefeated in 1991. She was an All American at Clark University and two time ECAC All Star, and played semi-pro in Miami, Florida. As the Lady Lions Academy Co-founder and Director she draws upon her thirty years’ of experience as player, coach and event production. Daisy was Disney® trained at the Miami Sports and Exhibition Authority in professional sports, entertainment and event production. In 2007 she opened Daisy Industries, creating an event production and fundraising company that turns ideas into action. In 2017, the lack of all-girls soccer opportunities and impactful coaching in Miami inspired Andres Miranda and Daisy to combine and found the Lady Lions Academy under 18 year Lions FC owner Coach Ricky Mor. Daisy first started coaching at age 11, as an assistant coach for the kindergarten players in her home town Academy. She currently produces the Lady Lions FC All-girls Soccer Academy, race events, annual charity galas as well as international sports exhibitions and art festivals.
