My Story

Hi, Tigers! My name is Alli and I'm feeling pretty darn lucky and oh so happy to be this team's Team Parent! I"ll do my very best to make this season smooth and free-sailing. I do ask that you communicate any concerns you may have regarding the upcoming season so that I can better help you and your family to best enjoy the season. If your athlete has any food allergies, or medication allergies, please let me know sooner rather than later. This will help in planning for fun snacks, team parties, and overall team preparedness for the long season ahead. A little about me: I"m a mom to three boy bears; Deige (10), Madden (8), and Fynn (4). I am a Registered Nurse, having experience in Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby and Pediatrics. I work night shift, so don't ever stress about sending me late night emails and or texts. I am usually wide awake. =) Though one might suspect me to be a health nut due to my profession, I generally tend to favor all things sugar! Having a sweet tooth by nature, and having been raised by a southerner, my love language too often involves feeding people delicious desserts! Something not many people know about me: I actually lettered in high school baseball! Yep, I"m a long-time lover of this all-American sport, and I love raising little ball players. I believe baseball can teach so much character as it beautifully encourages life lessons both on and off the field. Baseball teaches us that without strikes, errors, and foul balls, the awesomeness of a good play wouldn't be quite as miraculous. Baseball shows us time and again that HOME is the best best place to be. The game, the crowd, the teams all show us how to root one another on through ups and downs, and help one another reach goals and dreams. Too often, I quote my oldest son, "baseball is Life!". Yes, son, I couldn't agree more. Here's to a beautiful season ahead!
