My Story

MIND, BODY, and SKILL are the three main fundamentals needed for youth to play the game of basketball proficiently. If one or two areas are missed, players may not be able play to their full potential. At MBS clinics, we build training sessions to focus on all three areas in a dynamic, fun and energized setting. By laying a foundation of these principles, we are ensuring that players of all levels can confidently compete on their AAU team, CYO team, or play a pick up game at the local park. Individual focus as well as collective coaching will allow players to develop personally as well as internalize their responsibility as teammates or community members. We believe that the life-long skills learned on the court will follow them into their adult years, and continue to enhance their proficiency in the game of life.
