My Story
T J Inc Football is ran by a W Terry, a 7 year military Veteran that has 11 years of in game experience as a Halfback, Quarterback, Inside Linebacker and Defensive Tackle. Terry believes that teaching proper technique as well as integrity of the game, will boost self esteem and improve player skills along with in game confidence. This is the first clinic in Newark area, Terry's last clinics and coaching experience expands over Sussex county, Kent county recreation programs, Special Olympics Unified sports coach, of multiple sports including football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, and softball. Terry's passion in teaching the youth started during his military service while teaching an under 8 soccer team from there to now brought Terry back to the sport he loved and played himself for many years, which was FOOTBALL. Terry believes teaching the basic foundation that get lost in all the hit, tackle, run and score concepts of the game, will improve every player overall skills and has practice this belief in every sport coached with success. Also another belief that Terry lives by is "Integrity first" something that has stuck with him from his first days in the military and lives throughout his life today
