We are a girls wrestling team under Powerhouse Wrestling Club in Council Bluffs, IA with girls from Iowa and Nebraska compromising our team/little family. We are lead by women's wrestling pioneer, Jess Philippus and Iowa Wrestling royalty, Keith Massey.
ALL ages, abilities, shapes and sizes are welcome to wrestle for us! Our first fundamental is FUN, and then sportsmanship, leadership, and wrestling skills (with a good dose of love). Our girls really enjoy and support one another...despite wrestling the crap out of one another; it's sort of a beautiful thing see and be part of!! <3
