About Us
The Prosper Knuckleheads are a 9u AA USSSA/NCS Travel Baseball Team located in North Texas, playing select tournaments in the surrounding areas. We practice in an around Prosper/Frisco, but players from all over the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex are welcome to join our growing baseball family.
Our Player Development Philosophy
At this age, we are focused on player development over trophy chasing; every player will be assessed at the beginning of each season and an individual development plan will be created for them to get to the next level. We believe that by focusing on individual player development at this early age, our players will build the solid foundation required to develop their skillsets and mindsets from AA to AAA and Majors in the coming seasons.
Tough Minds Make Tough Players
Equal attention is given to forging mentally and morally strong players for success both on the field and off. It’s not enough to teach baseball mechanics and game fundamentals without also addressing how to overcome the adversity and challenges your boys will face in all aspects of life. Baseball is the only sport where even if you fail over half of the time, you can be a hall of fame player. Every trip to the plate won’t be a baseball victory, but if we can instill a strong mental toughness in our players, we can teach them to take these moments in stride and learn from their defeats as well as their victories.
