We are thrilled that you are coming to the Wood Family Reunion – a special time to reconnect, recharge, and create lasting memories together! For those of you that just paid a deposit, it is time to make the second payment.

Details of the reunion are as follows:

📅 Dates: August 20–22, 2025
📍 Location: Capernwray Harbour, Thetis Island, BC
🛏️ Duration: 2 nights, 3 days of fun, adventure, and family bonding.

Capernwray Harbour offers a one-of-a-kind setting, surrounded by natural beauty. We'll enjoy team-building activities, leadership and communication games, marine biology and forest explorations, and plenty of time for laughter, stories, and relaxation. All ages are welcome, and there will be something for everyone! Here is their website:

This is an all inclusive experience which includes food, accommodation and activities (like beach play, kayaking, wall climbing, etc). Includes 6 meals, and all activities. Costs are as follows:
* Adults (13+) $250 per participant for the whole stay
*. 6-12 years $212 per participant for the whole stay
* 3-5 years $158 per participant for the whole stay
* 0-2 years $60 per participant for the whole stay

As we posted in the first registration, after the 15th of May, deposits are non-refundable, however, we will try and fill your space with a registration transfer.

Here are the things we hope to do together:
- Strengthen family roots (pun intended 🌳)
- Explore nature together
- Build new memories and traditions
- Enjoy activities designed for all ages and energy levels

Please make your final payment asap so we can make the final preparations.
