We are thrilled to invite you to the Wood Roots Family Reunion – a special time to reconnect, recharge, and create lasting memories together!

📅 Dates: August 20–22, 2025
📍 Location: Capernwray Harbour, Thetis Island, BC
🛏️ Duration: 2 nights, 3 days of fun, adventure, and family bonding.

Capernwray Harbour offers a one-of-a-kind setting, surrounded by natural beauty. We'll enjoy team-building activities, leadership and communication games, marine biology and forest explorations, and plenty of time for laughter, stories, and relaxation. All ages are welcome, and there will be something for everyone! Here is their website:

This is an all inclusive experience which includes food, accommodation and activities (like beach play, kayaking, wall climbing, etc). Includes 6 meals, and all activities. Costs are as follows:
* Adults (13+) $250 per participant for the whole stay
*. 6-12 years $212 per participant for the whole stay
* 3-5 years $158 per participant for the whole stay
* 0-2 years $60 per participant for the whole stay

Or, alternatively, if you can only come for the daytime, the costs for 3 meals and activities are as follows per day:
* Adults (13+) $110 per day
*. 6-12 years $93 per day
* 3-5 years $70 per day
* 0-2 years $25 per day

After the 15th of May, deposits are non-refundable, however, we will try and fill your space with a registration transfer.
