Jiu Jitsu 10 Week Program
From the earliest levels, students are encouraged to practice their techniques against resisting opponents in a safe environment.
This experience makes it among the most effective of all martial arts in terms of self-defence.
You learn to embrace being comfortable in uncomfortable situations by keeping calm and patient.
Develops strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination

You will improve as a person by learning how to use patience to react better in bad situations.
The lessons and values you learn from BJJ include patience, persistence, humility, respect and loyalty.
BJJ teaches you to persevere no matter what, even when you're not feeling like you're getting anywhere.
