Hey Street United families! Unfortunately, the weather doesn’t look like it’s going to let up today, with rain expected to continue throughout our practice time. With that being said, we’re going to go ahead and cancel practice for today. We definitely want the kids to get their full experience, so we’re looking at adding makeup practices in November for the days we’ve missed due to weather. Thank you all for understanding, and we’ll see everyone next week! ⚽️

Good morning, Street United families! ⚽️

Unfortunately, today’s practice is cancelled due to thunderstorms expected during our practice time. ⛈️ We will make up this session on the tail end of the program.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone at our next practice, where we’ll also have our new Street United training tees, provided by our sponsors, ready to hand out to the players! 👕🔥

Stay safe and enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

Quick addition to the message I just sent out! 📣💙

I realized the first message didn’t include the date and time! Our Street United Fundraiser at Hot Tuna is Tuesday, September 8th from 3–10 PM at 2817 Shore Drive, Virginia Beach.

Just mention Street United when you order and 15% of your check goes back to our program! ⚽️🙌🏾

Hope to see some of our Street United family there! 💙

About Us

At Street United, we're passionate about bringing the joy and benefits of soccer to underserved communities. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we offer youth and adults alike the chance to engage with soccer at various levels—from beginners to seasoned players—through our diverse leagues, including youth, men’s, women’s, and coed. Our aim is to make soccer accessible and affordable, especially for families in lower-income areas who might otherwise miss out due to high participation costs and limited exposure.

We believe everyone deserves a fair start in both education and sports, irrespective of age, race, gender, family background, income, or community. That's why Street United was founded—to level the playing field and ensure that everyone in the Hampton Roads area has the opportunity to play, learn, and grow through soccer.
