About Us
Team Sol is recognized as one of the premier girls’ basketball association serving the Washington DC metropolitan area.
As a club, we focus on teaching and training girls in the fundamentals of basketball with an emphasis on development and preparing them for the next level of play.
Our programs range from elementary to high school. All teams train at a high level and are exposed to competition that meets their skill level while allowing them to develop and grow as individuals and as a team.
