David Nurse: Progressive Drill...
David Nurse: Progressive Drills to Teach Sound Shooting. Shot is quick and fluid (like water) - Feet (straight) - Hands (2 finger control, ball rest on pads) - Guide Hand (thumbs make a T) - Pocket/Lock it (lock wrist) - Elbow (right angle) - Up (sit on a nail) - Snap (follow through with two fingers in the basket) - Hold (till the ball hits the ground) Here is his website:
