We will be focusing on many beginning moves and the youtube channel simply soccer showcases multiple things you can practice with your child at home.
About Us
Sheffield Lake Cardinal Soccer Academy's primary focus is going to be on basic fundamentals. The practice will broken down as follows:
-First 5 minutes: Warm up, stretch, addressing questions.
-Followed with 4 - 10 minute exercises (vary weekly)
-10 minute dispersed through practice for water breaks and other various activities.
-Ending with a 5 minute cool off, closing questions, and team hand stack.
Sunday games will be 30 minutes long and divided weekly into new teams.
The SSLYSA will post on their facebook information about game & practice status before emails are sent.
