About Us
The Grand River Christian Youth Hockey Club is a private hockey league for children in Grades 3 to 8. Originally the teams played in Hillsburgh, Ontario, but in 2016 they moved to Grand Valley. In 2016 there were 70 children participating on 6 teams in two divisions. The goals of the organization are to provide an alternative to the town hockey leagues for children in the Canadian Reformed Churches. Most players attend the Dufferin Area Christian School in Laurel, ON. However there are also players from the Fergus, Elora and Brampton areas.
